Creation Entertainment has announced another of its Virtual Fan Experiences - this time with two of Star Trek: Enterprise’s leading men: Connor Trineer and Dominic Keating.

In response to the cancellation of public events due to the COVID-19 crisis, Creation Entertainment, the company behind the annual Star Trek Las Vegas convention, recently launched a series of online events where fans can connect with their favorite actors and creators. They’re calling these events (or panels) “Virtual Fan Experiences”. Following on the success of their recent panels with Star Trek: Voyager’s Robert Duncan McNeill and Garrett Wang, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’s Chase Masterson, Creation have added Enterprise’s Trineer and Keating to their growing Star Trek lineup.

The virtual experiences are held on Zoom and run for an hour on the online venue site StageIt.com. This Saturday, May 16th at 10:15am PT, Trinneer and Keating will participate in an online question and answer session with fans. Participants can tip during the stream and the highest tipper will win a Creation Entertainment swag bag and a five-minute 1-on-1 video meeting with Trinneer and Keating. Then, as they’ve done with previous virtual panelists, the pair will return to Zoom next Wednesday, May 20th for a live hour-long meet and greet session for a limited number of fans. Tickets to the meet and greet are available by auction, and bidding closes on May 18th at 10pm PT.

The flurry of Star Trek virtual panels comes just weeks after Creation made a push for sales of tickets to the Star Trek Las Vegas convention, scheduled for August 5th - 9th. That move left some fans confused and with more than a little uncertainty about the convention’s future, given the nationwide disruption to businesses and social gatherings because of the COVID-19 outbreak. But perhaps the success of Creation’s Virtual Fan Experiences could show us the way towards a replacement event, at least for this year? It’s a cliche to say so, but we’ll have to wait and see.

In the meantime, if you’d like more information on future Virtual Fan Experiences from Creation, or to buy or bid on tickets, head to Creation’s website at creationent.com, or straight to the source at stageit.com/creationent.
