Dare to Dream Gala: Friday, November 11

The National Space Society is hosting a fundraiser to support programs that assure opportunities for young people to enter STEM fields and make their way into space careers and beyond. The event is taking place tomorrow night at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, in Los Angeles. Honored guests include John de Lancie, Bonnie Gordon, Dr. Erin Macdonald, Penny Johnson Jerald, and Dan Curry. Gathering of Eagles Fundraiser: Saturday, November 12

Rod Roddenberry will be the honorary chair for the annual fundraiser benefiting the Flight Test Museum Foundation. The event is happening Saturday at 6:00 p.m. PT at the Antelope Valley Fair and Event Center, H.W. Hunter Pavilion in Lancaster, California. The evening's proceedings will include a silent auction, a panel discussion with test pilots, and a fireside chat with Roddenberry and Bill "Evil" Gray, chief test pilot at the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School. Star Trek Private Signing: Wednesday, November 16

Next Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. ET is the deadline for ordering autographs from William Shatner, Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden, John de Lancie, and Terry Farrell via the latest GalaxyCon private signing. Video chats for a date to be determined with Terry Farrell are also available.

o   #allstartrek runs Sunday through Friday at 8/7C and follows the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek programme.

o   #TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of The Original Series every week, and

o   #StarTrekHour is a Q&A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.

·To Proudly Go, a New York-based nonprofit, will be hosting Star Trek: Prodigy season two viewing parties each Saturday. The gatherings begin at 6:00pm ET at the Barracuda Lounge in New York City. Tickets are free, and vaccination is required. The viewing parties / fundraiser benefits also include Star Trek trivia games, special Star Trek-themed drag performances, two-for-one drinks, fabulous Star Trek prizes, and merchandise. ·Virtual Trek Con presents The Main Viewer every Tuesday - a live discussion show on YT with occasional special guests and an open chat geared towards fan interaction.

·Disco Does DnD - livestream DnD game with DSC actors on Twitch, every Sunday at 1pmPT/4pmET.

· Join Grey Havens Philosophy and Outworld Brewing every first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. as they discuss the big ideas inspired by Star Trek. The gatherings are at Outworld Brewing, in Longmont, Colorado. Attendance is free, but an RSVP for planning purposes is appreciated at Eventbrite.

·And finally, there’s Sid City Social Club, hosted by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine star Alexander Siddig’s official fan website. They meet twice monthly on the first Tuesday and third Friday of every month, with occasional pop-up meetings with Sid as his schedule allows.
