AUGUST 10, 2022 - Hikaru Sulu would probably be disappointed that he missed an upcoming exhibit and speaker series, or at least the location of the exhibit.

Given his experience with the Huey 204 helicopter in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, Sulu might have enjoyed a visit to the American Helicopter Museum and Education Center (AHMEC), in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The museum is set to host an exhibit of screen-used and production-made props and costumes from the Star Trek universe.

During the run of the exhibit, AHMEC will also be hosting a speaker series, featuring authors Nancy Reagin, A. J. Black, Brian McGuire, Sherilyn Connelly, and physicist Lawrence Krauss. There will also be a sneak preview with prop designer Michael Moore. Each of the events will be conducted via Zoom, and is available to the public, either in-person at the museum or on their computers.

The members-only sneak preview is on September 8 and the exhibit is open to the public from September 9 - November 27 More information and registration links are available at AHMEC.
