Today in Star Trek history: Noël Wells was born

It was today, December 23rd back in 1986, that Noël Wells was born. Wells is best known to Star Trek fans for playing Ensign D’Vana Tendi, one of the four main “lower deckers” on Star Trek: Lower Decks.

Before Star Trek, Wells was known for her work on Saturday Night Live and Master of None, as well as a number of voice roles and sketch humor.
