Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and CBS All Access

CBS has announced its plans to broadcast the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS and CBS All Access. The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS special will feature portions of the parade, live from New York City. The special will be anchored by Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier and Keltie Knight. The live coverage will be broadcast on Thursday morning, November 26th, starting at 9am eastern, 8am central, and 7am mountain time, and delayed at 9am pacific time.

Frazier and Knight will anchor the coverage from a site along the parade route in New York City. The special broadcast will also feature Miranda Lambert, performing "Bluebird" and "Settling Down" from her new album, Wildcard. While the CBS coverage is not the “official” Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade coverage - that honor belongs to NBC, who will be broadcasting from in front of Macy’s - the CBS coverage would be a good alternative to cord cutters or mobile users without other access to the NBC stream.
