MEME REVIEW MONDAY: A Birthday Celebration, False Advertising, and Lots of Picards

Lots of Picard in this week’s memes!

OCTOBER 2, 2023 - Hello! Welcome back to another Monday Meme Review!!! I know you’ve been waiting all week for this so let’s jump in.

First up we have a meme sent to me by our number one fan Mala (hi again Mala!). My birthday was on Saturday and thus I deem this meme relevant enough to include.

This meme gave me a nice good chuckle and I quite appreciate Picard’s hat. In typical Picard Fashion, he looks thoroughly disgruntled.

Next up we have a meme from @trekcasttng on Instagram.

I’m not sure what packaging warehouse or marketing associate messed up but I’m so happy they did as I got this silly meme.

Next up we have a meme from the Star Trek Memes Facebook page.

On top of being a huge Star Trek fan, I am also a huge Star Wars fan so I found this to be quite silly. Also, Darth Vader is probably my favorite character so I enjoyed seeing him.

Next we have a meme given to me by my friend.

This meme made me question whether or not I am a robot. I always struggle with captchas and I think this would be no different. Stupid cloaking devices make everything harder. Too bad Discovery is stuck in the Mirror Universe and can’t return with the solution to breaking the cloaking device until later.

This isn’t as much a meme as it is a silly little post. I love love love @campyalien on Twitter. They love Spirk even more than I do.

I have sent this to all of my friends. I have never encountered anything so accurate. I promise this is exactly what Kirk looks like in every episode of TOS. Trust me.

Finally, we have the meme made by yours truly.

I know this meme isn’t technically Star Trek-related, but it is a Star Trek Template so I’m using it. HAPPY SPOOKY SEASON! Halloween is objectively the best holiday of the year (I’m simply right, no need to debate me) and I’m super excited. Now that it is October I have become insufferable. I only play Halloween music and all my spaces are already Halloween-themed.

Anyway, that’s all for this week! I will see you next  Monday!

Though he may be young, he self-describes as a hardcore nerd, lover of cheese sticks and niche internet discourse. He's very excited to debut in his "professional nerd career" and finally put all his obscure nerd facts to good use.
