MEME REVIEW MONDAY: An Artistic Klingon, the Difference Between STAR WARS and STAR TREK Fans, and a Baby X-Man

Hello! Happy Meme Review Monday and Happy April Fools Day! I hope you are doing well and have plenty of pranks planned for today. I’ve assembled a superbly funny meme collection for you all today, the funniest day of the year, so I hope you enjoy!

First up we have a meme that was posted by @roddenberry on X.

They captioned this meme “Eggcellent Art!” which I think is just perfect. I decided to include this meme as Easter was just yesterday and I  think it’s quite festive. I’m a big fan of the simplicity of Picard’s egg. They didn’t need to add anything besides a smile to his face. I also quite enjoy the addition of the bridge in the background, I think it brings the whole piece to life.

Next up we have a meme from @TheMemeCollect8 on X.

This meme is so stupid that it swings back around to being funny. I hate it and yet I love it. Its charm is so simple yet so effective.

Next up we have a meme from @stra-tek on Tumblr.

As both a Star Wars and Star Trek fan I sadly understand both sides of this meme. I’ve learned not to get excited about productions until they release a trailer as I’ve been disappointed too many times.

Next up we have a meme from @Philip1085 on X.

This is another meme that was just so stupid I couldn’t not include it. I love X-Men so much and I’m so happy that X-Men ‘97 is becoming popular now. I love this meme as it combines two fandoms I love. I actually think my ultimate meme would be one that combines all my fandoms (if anyone wants to do this please send it my way).

Next up we have a meme from @frozen-banana-guacomle on Tumblr.

I’m actually surprised I haven’t seen this meme before as I do not think it’s new. I’m very happy I found it though as I think it’s very funny. I would definitely get this as a poster. My favorite detail is the “spay and neuter” as it acknowledges the fact that Tribbles are hermaphroditic, which I quite appreciate.

Next up we have a meme from @robintreks on Instagram.

Though this is technically a drawing and not a meme it’s still funny so I decided to include it. I like Charlie Brown a lot and I think this is a very funny way to describe Troi’s work. I also find it quite funny that she is counseling Picard as he never really accepted her counseling, at least on his personal matters. I think it would be really funny if Worf was at this booth instead as he worked very closely with her while adjusting to Alexander living on the Enterprise. Data also worked pretty closely with Troi for a lot of the series.

Next up we have a meme from @whydidisavethistomyphone on Tumblr.

Bob Gowross is horrifying. This is one of the most terrifying Gowrons I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen some pretty scary Gowrons. I would honestly love to see a painting lesson taught by Gowron, I’m sure absolutely nothing at all would go wrong…

Ok that’s all I have for you all this week! See you next week!
