DECEMBER 7, 2021 - The very future of Starfleet may hang in the balance this week on Star Trek: Discovery. New images and a preview clip of this season’s fourth episode “All is Possible” have been made available, showing one of the great challenges in rebuilding Starfleet Academy - teamwork.

The synopsis for “All is Possible” reads, “Tilly and Adira lead a team of Starfleet Academy cadets on a training mission that takes a dangerous turn. Meanwhile, Burnham is pulled into tense negotiations on Ni’Var.”

David Cronenberg will be returning as Kovich this week, sending Tilly and Adira with a handful of cadets on a team-building mission. After so much isolation since The Burn, many have become weary of placing their trust in and cooperating with others. Without that trust, can the new Starfleet cadets - or Starfleet itself - survive?

Other images from “All is Possible'' show what appears to be Burnham and Saru in conference on Ni’Var. Emotions seem to be running high this week, as conversations between Culber and Tilly, Culber and Book, and Stamets and Burnham are all set to take place, building on earlier moments in the season.

Check out the images for yourself, and be sure to watch the preview scene on YouTube, previously seen on The Ready Room with Wil Wheaton. “All is Possible'' premieres Thursday December 9th on Paramount+.
