SEPTEMBER 13, 2021 - Captain Freeman will no doubt have her hands full, so to speak, and our crew look to have their hands full, literally, in season two, episode six of Star Trek: Lower Decks, “The Spy Humongous,” coming this week.

The official synopsis of the episode tells us that “anomaly consolidation day on the U.S.S. Cerritos leaves the Lower Deckers with mixed emotions” and that “Captain Freeman attempts to negotiate peace on the Pakled home world.”
While we don’t see Captain Freeman’s latest encounter with the Pakleds, the preview shows differences of interpretation over what it means to be “collecting the bridge crew’s research materials.” Mariner seems to be taking the brunt of what she calls “trash day.”
“The Spy Humongous” drops Thursday on Paramount+, which also tweeted the preview.
