SEPTEMBER 12, 2021 - Your favorite official starship collection is growing again! Eaglemoss, makers of tiny starships, last week announced the upcoming release of XL models of the U.S.S. Cerritos and the U.S.S. Titan, as seen in Star Trek: Lower Decks. News of the upcoming release, along with an image of the Cerritos model, were posted to StarTrek.com.

Measuring 9.75” in length, the new XL model of the Cerritos is the spitting image of the one you might have seen Tendi and Rutherford putting together in the latest episode of Lower Decks, “An Embarrassment of Dooplers”. Models of the Cerritos are expected to arrive in January of 2022.

Following soon after, the XL model of the U.S.S. Titan will join the lineup. Yes, a model of the Titan has already been released…but this one is bigger! Both ships were designed using the same visual effects files used for the animation of the series, and designers made sure to give each of them an animated flare “to make them look at home in [Ensign] Mariner’s world”.

The U.S.S. Cerritos and Titan XL models aren’t available for preorder yet, but it’s only a matter of time before that changes. Check out the entire collection available from Eaglemoss and Hero Collector at eaglemoss.com.
