Record Your Own Captain's Log With Modiphius' New 'Star Trek' RPG

JULY 19, 2023 - A new roleplaying game lets you write your own captain’s log!
Do you like role playing games and Star Trek? Well, with the new Captain’s Log Solo Roleplaying Game by Modiphius Entertainment, players will have a different and unique experience of a game.
You’ll be able to create your own Star Trek stories and captain with the 326-pages color rulebook. According to Startrek.com, “The solo roleplaying game uses the award-winning rules of Star Trek Adventures to give a unique gameplay style, letting Star Trek fans record their own captain’s logs for the first time!” As you write your own adventure: the mission and your progress, it will all be written down within the book and you will have your own ship, crew, and yourself as you go where no one has gone before.
You don’t even need a gamemaster to play the game! It’s kind of like writing your own fanfiction but instead, playing an RPG of Star Trek. You can either do random missions or create a mission and it will start you off. A story will pop up on either one that you’ve chosen and it will be: success or failure. If you’re the captain, you can play with either friends or the gamemaster to seek out new life. However, with the random story within the captain’s log, the gamemaster of Star Trek Adventures is able to use random adventures in the game.
Each series of the book has an awesome Star Trek design that you can choose from. Not only that, but the book has the same uniform colors, which is actually awing. You can be playing in an era of either the 21st or 32nd century and still be able to have fun in that timeline!
