Star Trek’s Anthony Rapp proposes to partner Ken Ithiphol
Congratulations to Star Trek’s Anthony Rapp, who got engaged to his boyfriend over the weekend.
In a tweet on Saturday night, Rapp posted a picture of himself and his soon-to-be husband, with the caption, “So something happened tonight. I asked Ken if he would marry me and he said yes. I am so very happy and I’m so very thrilled to share this news.” Rapp has been dating leadership coach Ken Ithiphol since 2016.

Rapp’s Discovery co-star Mary Wiseman posted video of the proposal on her Instagram stories. In the video, Rapp got down on one knee, raising a blue box towards Ithiphol, as he proposed. Sara Mitich and Olatunde Osunsanmi looked on in the background as Rapp gave Ithiphol the ring and the couple embraced.
